Yay! It’s Christmas!!! Read “A Christmas Wish”

Hiya, dear Readers!

Seasons greeting to you all! The year has flown! I managed to find some time to write a little Christmas tale this year featuring our very own Kelvin from the Kindlounge! Once again, we visit Mullabrook, this time for Christmas lunch at the Mullet!

Kelvin has floated in and out of a couple of my stories now, in Smorgasbord as the sage voice in Violet’s muddled head, his musings on the Kindlounge blog, and he is certainly a big character in the Mullet. He is a gentle soul, our Kelvin, tinged with a little surfer hippy wisdom and usually a centred and calm soul—until his mother, Verity, deigns to visit!

I would also like to thank you all for your kindness and support for the printed Collection of short stories. It’s the best feeling when my stories make someone smile; it makes it all worth it. I have also shared all of your kind words for Max’s wonderful illustrations with her. From both of us, thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Hope you enjoy Christmas lunch at the Mullet … it was great fun to write!

Here’s the links to the blogs featuring my other freebie Christmas tales: How Sparklefarts Saved Christmas and The Christmas Hat! Both amused me greatly whilst writing, and they still do! Especially Frank’s recital of the Sparklefarts tale!

Wishing you all peace and joy this holiday season, and may a kind little Elf find its way to you this Christmas!

Love & Kindness,

Maddyx
