Meticulously crafted crochet works by Maddy, recreating your special cake from photos or inspiration sketches, as a caricature in yarn! An everlasting and sweet memento of your special day, and truly a one-off original piece.

Cake measurements will all vary depending on designs, but they usually measure around 12-15cm in height and 7-10 cm in width. Cakes are weighted in bottom layer for stability, and crafted to last.

Cakes can also include a metal clip-holder to hold a photo or card from your day.

Please allow several weeks for this work as they are time-consuming, dependent on the complexity and detail of the design. CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

I suggest keeping the cake under a small glass cloche or a glass or acrylic display box to minimise dust and keep your cake looking at its best.

Best way to clean is to blow-dry dust on fan/cool stetting ONLY. You can also vacuum with a sock over the nozzle and your hand holding it in place with your fingers as a buffer so you don’t pull at the work and upset the yarn fibre too much, but be careful! Spot clean gently with a clean microfibre or soft cloth and with gentle soap if required and dry well before storing. NEVER brush the yarn as it will felt and ruin the shape.
