The customer support from the entire team, led by Dave Chesson, and Monique’s knowledge of Atticus are second to none. They genuinely want to help indie authors achieve their dreams. They have both taken time out of their busy worlds to respond to the very few problems I have encountered over several years of using Atticus now. Once I managed to delete The Mullet, my fault, more than a decade of work— nightmare! The team managed to restore it all. PHEW!
Atticus has given me the freedom to do this writing thing my way, to be an independent author in control of my writing world from start to finish. From the bottom of my heart, I thank them both for helping this little Adelaide writer achieve her dreams.
